The company also ranks in the Top 100 Telecom Companies.
The Anuário Telecom 2017 (2017 Telecom Yearbook) ranks Triad Systems, an integrator and software factory, among the 100 largest companies in the telecommunications industry in Brazil, and places it in the TOP 10 fastest growing companies in 2016.
“This year marked the digital transformation phase of Triad Systems, positioning us as a benchmark in the digital and fast solutions market. Receiving this market recognition is very rewarding,” says Silvio Rodrigues, president of the company.
In 2016, Triad Systems revenues grew 16% compared to the previous year, driven by the new portfolio of digital solutions and services. It is worth highlighting some big cases, such as the Location Intelligence strategic solution and the Big Data Factory deployed in the largest Brazilian telecommunications operator. In addition to these cases, Triad has also added analytics solutions to its portfolio, IoT in a VAS context and other digital technologies that accelerate business growth, improve the company’s strength in relation to competitors and generate customer loyalty and admiration.
Also in the Telecom market, Triad Systems recorded strong growth with its innovative BPO model. Focused on leveraging the business rather than reducing headcount, the company expanded its operations by diversifying the areas benefited by such work and accelerating the digital transformation of business and operating processes.
“We are proud of the positioning of the company within the TOP 10 fastest growing corporations and in the ranking of the 100 largest Telecom companies in Brazil. Our market position continues consolidating us in the Telecom scenario and confirms our Digital Transformation view, which is mainly driven by the conviction that organizations need solutions with fast deployment and high ROI that can address specific needs and ideas resulting in disruptive diagnostics and tangible return. This is the result of 20 years of strong performance and innovation in the Brazilian telecommunications market, serving operators such as VIVO, Tim, Oi and Nextel,” concludes Rodrigues.
